Paradise Point’s APT 5C offers everything you need from a budget-friendly Caribbean getaway. Located near St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins, this ocean-view apartment features 2 bedrooms. The space includes a full kitchen with island seating, AC in both bedrooms, 3 TVs, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 pull-out sofa beds (configurable from twin to king), a dining area, private balcony, and private BBQ. Guests also enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, along with shared access to the pool, rooftop deck, and cabana.

The property offers a communal pool with kids water slide, easy walking access to white sand beaches and night life.

Guests have use of all public amenities on site which include the pool, BBQ grill and decks. Everything within the space and all listed amenities are available to you, please make yourself comfortable!

CHECK-IN IS AT 4PM AND CHECKOUT IS 11AM. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AN EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT REACH OUT TO US TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND PRICING.

ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, A $100 USD SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE PREAUTHORIZED ON YOUR CARD ONE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. TO AVOID THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION, ENSURE THAT THE CARD ON FILE CONTAINS SUFFICIENT FUNDS.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S EVE BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
ALL OTHER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS HAVE A 4-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

1. Cliffside Property, Stairs & Mobility

Paradise Point is built into the Maxwell Hill cliff front and spans five levels, which means lots of stairs.

Some apartments are accessed by multiple flights of stairs from either entrance

This property is NOT suitable for guests with mobility challenges

If you have difficulty with stairs, wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers, please do not book

2. Budget-Friendly Accommodation (Not Luxury)

Our property is clean, stylish, and centrally located but it is intentionally budget-friendly.

To keep nightly rates affordable:

Metal bed frames with budget mattresses (may squeak or shake with movement)

Budget linens, towels, and locally sourced pillows (may feel firmer than expected)

Simple kitchenware from budget retailers

Furniture and finishes may show normal wear

Everything is functional and clean — just not luxury.

3. Compact Living Spaces

Our apartments are thoughtfully designed but very

compact.

Please review the floor plans and photos carefully to ensure the size works for you.

4. Eco-Friendly Solar Hot Water

We use solar-powered water heaters.

Hot water does not get extremely hot

Temperature may be cooler on rainy/cloudy days or at night

5. Air Conditioning

We use wall-mounted window AC units for energy efficiency.

Not as quiet or powerful as split or central systems

Units are only to be used while guests are physically present

ACs are not pre-cooled prior to check-in due to high island energy costs

Tip: Set to Cool, Eco OFF, lowest temperature, highest fan.

6. Renovations & Daytime Noise

Exterior renovations may occur on upper levels.

Possible noise between 10am–6pm

We do our best to minimize disruption, but some noise is unavoidable during expansion

7. Visitors & Shared Spaces

Your booking includes access for:

Registered guests + 2 free visitors at a time

Additional options (subject to availability):

Visitor Pass: $25 USD per person

Poolside Cabana: $300 USD (up to 30 people)

Rooftop Deck: $150 USD (up to 15 people)

8. Linens & Towels

We provide:

Bed sheets

Bath towels (budget, quick-dry microfiber)

We do not provide:

Beach or pool towels

Blankets or comforters (tropical climate)

9. Phone Service & Connectivity

No landlines on the property

Guests should use roaming, a local SIM, or Wi-Fi messaging apps

10. Pool, Cabana & Rooftop Events

    11. Limited Staff & Hotel-Style Services

    Paradise Point is not a hotel.

    We do not offer:

    Concierge

    Bellhop

    Daily housekeeping

    Front desk services

    Staff availability:

    Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

    Emergencies only on weekends

    12. Sidewalks, Strollers & Getting Around

    Barbados does not have public wheelchair-accessibility laws.

    Sidewalks are uneven or nonexistent

    Not stroller or wheelchair friendly

    If traveling with children, we strongly recommend renting a car

    13. Tropical Wildlife

    As a tropical destination, you may encounter:

    Monkeys, lizards, birds, frogs, crickets, mosquitoes, rain flies, Christmas worms, and our friendly resident cat

    14. Utility Outages

    Barbados may experience occasional island-wide outages, especially during hurricane season.

    Restoration is usually quicker in our central location

    We do not have backup generators, water tanks, gas tanks, or satellite internet

    15. Self-Service Property

    This is a self-check-in, self-service accommodation.

    We only have Smart TVs with streaming apps. TVs do not have cable. If you desire to use any other streaming platform please log in with your own account. You are required to change the language back to English to avoid a fee.

    You change the TV language and do not reset it to English

    18. Pillows

    Some apartments use locally sourced chipped-foam pillows, which may feel firmer than pillows in your home country.

    19. Food Items

    Due to Ministry of Health regulations, we do not provide open consumables such as tea, sugar, or coffee.

    20. Flooring

    To remain eco- and budget-friendly, we use sealed concrete floors.

    Floors have natural imperfections

    No tile or carpet

    If you prefer tiled or carpeted floors, this property may not be a good fit

    21. Sustainable Design

    The property was designed by an environmentally conscious architect and includes:

    Sustainable materials throughout

    22. Tropical Wear & Climate Effects

    Due to humidity and sea air:

    Some mirrors, fixtures, and appliances may show rust or oxidation

    Outdoor furniture may develop light mildew despite regular cleaning

    23. Kitchens & Appliances

    Some stoves do not have automatic starters

    Guests will need to use a lighter or match

    24. Access Panels

    Some hallway closet ceilings may have small exposed screws or unfinished drywall sections.

    These are intentional plumbing access panels, not defects.

    AllOwned belongings will remain in all closets and cabinets. If any items are used, broken or removed from the space guests will forfeit their Refundable Security Deposit.
